I lived in a building for about 4 years, and Clean Habitats was our maintenance company. Rolando delivers great service and his crew is very reliable and professional. Whenever we had special requests (new lobby mats, painting, smoke detector replacement, etc) CH was on top of it and made sure we had what we needed. Rolando is very proactive about getting feedback on his team’s service. On the rare occasion we had any issues he was quick to remedy it. He even stopped by the building on his day off when we had an issue with a CO detector going off in the basement of our building. Rolando is also great about reaching out to his network to connect residents with other vendors they might need (HVAC maintenance, plumbers, etc). I would highly recommend this company.
